Delete your Almonqeth account
You can delete your account and all of its data at any time. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
What is deleted
- Your account: name, email address, password and sign-in links to Google or Apple
- Every folder, document and uploaded photo or PDF — files are removed from storage
- All reminders and events, and every device registered for notifications
- The people you share with, and everything shared with you or by you
What is kept
Nothing that identifies you. We keep only an anonymous record that an account was deleted, and payment records our payment provider is legally required to hold.
Subscriptions
A card subscription is cancelled automatically. If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, cancel it there as well — we cannot cancel store subscriptions for you.
In the app
Open Settings, tap Edit account, then Delete account.
On the web
