Terms of use

These terms apply when you use Almonqeth — the website at almonqeth.com and the Almonqeth apps. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

The service

Almonqeth stores your documents and sends reminders before their expiry dates. Some features, such as unlimited folders, events and sharing, are part of the paid Pro plan.

Your account

You need an account to use the vault. Keep your password private; you are responsible for what happens under your account. You must give a real email address, since reminders and account messages are sent to it.

Your content

The documents and files you add remain yours. You give us permission to store, process and show them only as needed to run the service for you and for the people you choose to share with. Only upload content you have the right to keep, and nothing unlawful.

Reminders

We work hard to deliver every reminder on time, but delivery depends on email providers, your device and its notification settings, which we do not control. Almonqeth is a helpful aid, not a guarantee: you remain responsible for renewing your own documents on time, and we are not liable for a missed or late reminder.

Subscriptions

Pro is billed monthly or yearly in advance, by card through Stripe or through the App Store or Google Play. It renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; you keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for. Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are managed and refunded under their rules.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no attempts to break or overload it, to access other people's accounts or data, or to use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that do.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time, which permanently erases its data. We may close accounts that break these terms.

Liability

The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect.
